Vests & jackets: cut and length
- Length is the cut. It’s what makes a piece cropped or regular. If “Cropped” is in the product name, it’s cropped. Everything else is regular.
- Measured from the neck down. Length runs from the center back neck seam straight down to the hem.
- Cropped, 15–17½″. Lands at or just above the natural waist and still covers a high-rise waistband.
- Regular, 24–26½″. Lands at the hip and covers the seat. The classic puffer length.
- Lengths grow ½″ per size, so each cut sits at the same point on the body from XS to 2X. 2X cropped runs to 17½″ so it reads cropped, not short.
- Vests match jackets. A cropped vest and a cropped jacket hit the same spot.
- Between sizes, or layering a hoodie underneath? Size up.

How to measure
Measure over undergarments with a cloth measuring tape, keeping it level and snug but not tight.
Bust
Around the fullest part of your bust, tape parallel to the floor.
Natural waist
Bend side to side to find your natural crease. It may not be your smallest point.
Hip (seat)
Around the fullest part of your hips, about 8 inches below your natural waist.
Length
On a jacket you own, from the center back neck seam straight down to the hem. Compare it to the cut you’re buying.
